TRUELINE ENGINEERING, Inc. (AZ BTR Registration No. 11311-0), is a private consulting firm based in Safford, Arizona, specializing in Civil Engineering and Land Surveying and providing services throughout Arizona and New Mexico. Trueline is primarily focused on public infrastructure projects. Approximately 80% of our contracts are water, wastewater and transportation related for municipalities, counties, and the State of Arizona. Trueline also provides assistance in troubleshooting existing facilities with respect to operational requirements and compliance issues, and assists with new project development in pursuit of funding.
Founded as a sole proprietorship in 1988, the firm has established and maintained long-term working relationships with clients by providing consistent quality in design and exemplary service. Trueline’s public and private consulting activities in the southeastern portion of the state of Arizona have served to provide us with unique knowledge of and familiarity with the area as well as individual community needs. With extensive experience in contract administration/construction engineering services for private residential and commercial projects, the Trueline team has technical expertise in project management, resource gathering and computerized drafting utilizing AutoCAD and Microstation Programs.
As the on-call consultant of choice for many clients, Trueline Engineering earns repeat business by providing a high level of service, including the packaging of turnkey projects involving various disciplines. Trueline frequently engages and administers the services of subconsultants for environmental, structural, landscape architecture, aerial mapping, geotechnical, etc. in order to provide our clients with a seamless overall project package.

The City of Safford was recently awarded the 2010 Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Project of the Year by the Environmental Protection Agency. Trueline Engineering designed the 2MG Hillcrest, 3MG Discovery Park and 2MG Lebanon Tanks in order to achieve the much needed Rehabilitation of the Ten Million-Gallon Reservoir. Trueline also designed the Rehabilitation of the Ten Million-Gallon Reservoir and paving for the project.
